EFA One has a very high concentration of Omega-3 in a single capsule. It contains 1020 mg (1 gram) of Omega-3 fatty acid in one capsule only.

Omega-3 concentration in fish oil products is important. The closer the amount of Omega-3 in the fish oil is to the amount of fish oil in the product, the higher the concentration will be. This also shows that it has very low levels of fatty acids other than Omega-3.
